Occupancy

Rates are based on double occupancy (2 people). A two, three, or four-night minimum rental term may apply depending on dates, days of stay, package, and season.

  • All published rates are subject to change – call for current rates
  • Additional guests are $10-$20 each per night (up to maximum room occupancy)
  • Sofa-sleepers – $5 / night
  • All rates are subject to a 13.5% sales and room tax
  • Guest House and Off-Premise Vacation Cottage requires a $150 Cleaning Deposit (refundable)
  • Handicap-accessible units available – please call (920) 868-3525 for availability
  • Personalized Gift Certificates are available in any amount

Deposits

A deposit in the amount of one-half of your total stay is required for reservations of two or more days. A deposit of the entire amount of your stay is required for a reservation one night. Deposit will be credited to the last night(s) of your stay. You are financially responsible and will be charged for the entire period of your reservation, including “no-shows”. No refunds or credit for early departures. Reservations will be held until 8:00 AM of the day following your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel: A refund of your deposit (minus a $25 Handling Fee) will be made for reservations only if notice of your cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Guest House: A refund of your deposit ( minus a $100 Handling Fee) will be made for reservations only if notice of your cancellation is received 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Any cancellation not received within the aforementioned time frames will be charged for the full stay amount.

You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, including “no-shows”. There are no refunds for early departures. Reservations will be held until 8:00 AM of the day following your scheduled arrival.

YOU MUST MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ON THE SAME WEBSITE THAT YOU MADE YOUR RESERVATION. (For example, Expedia or Booking.com – our staff is not able to process changes or cancellations made on third-party and Online Travel Agency websites.)

Pet Policy

NO PETS are allowed at AppleCreek Resort, in the rooms, or on the resort premises. If pets are found in your room your rental may be terminated early and you will be asked to leave, and a $250 special cleaning fee will be applied. (No refunds for early terminations or departures).
